Program Update:
The CCED Community Stabilization Fund has been CLOSED. The program was a success. Please visit our Funds page for current programming.
Registered neighborhood associations within the CCED Sales Tax District—the area bounded by Ninth Street on the north, Gregory Boulevard on the south, The Paseo Boulevard on the west, and Indiana Avenue on the east—were eligible to apply for up to $2,500 from the Community Stabilization Fund to assist at-risk CCED residents with minor property maintenance before the fund closed to applications. Grant funds were limited. CCF expected to fund approximately ten neighborhood associations with this round of CCED funding. Eligible applications were accepted on a first-come basis until funds are expended. CCF reserved the right to make all award determinations.
